GENERAL PHOTO SESSION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Bookings

Booking deposits vary from £50 to £150 and are taken to ensure clients show up for their booked appointment. If they are not used as part of a further order, they are refunded within 14 days attendance of the photo session.

Clients can obtain a refund of the booking deposit provided it is in writing by email or post and received within 14 days of the deposit being paid.

Creative Works has 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, in which to refund the deposit. Bookings made for appointments within 7 days of the deposit being paid are not entitled to a refund under the Act.

We do not share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Deposits may be used against the cost of images at the customer discretion, and there is no obligation to buy images in order to receive the refund.

If you fail to show or cancel your appointment less than 3 working days before your appointment in writing, you will lose your booking deposit and you will be charged a studio hire fee of £100. This is to cover the expense of the creative staff and studio time.

No Shows

No Shows are subject to a £50.00 charge (less booking deposit paid) which is non-refundable and will be debited from the credit/debit card on which the booking deposit was paid.

Bookings Deposits are non-refundable if you fail to attend your session.

Rescheduling Bookings

Bookings can only be changed by calling, emailing your Bookings Consultant or email: info@thecreativeworks.uk. Booking changes may be subject to additional Refundable Booking Deposit charges. These charges vary according to date and availability.

You are required to provide at least 3 days notice if you wish to change your session date.

If you do not provide us with at least 3 days notice to change your session date, there is a charge of £50.00 (less booking deposit paid) which is non-refundable and will be debited from the credit/debit card on which the booking deposit was paid.

Canceling Appointments

Photo session can only be canceled by calling, emailing your Bookings Consultant or email: info@thecreativeworks.uk. 

You are required to provide at least 3 days notice if you wish to cancel your session.

If you do not provide us with at least 3 days notice to cancel your session, there is a charge of £50.00 (less booking deposit paid) which is non-refundable and will be debited from the credit/debit card on which the booking deposit was paid.

Photographs & Orders

Our studio operates a “No Pressure” sales policy.

Complimentary images or prints included in any photo session do not include retouched or creative images.

Any discounts or special offers provided on the day of your appointment will not apply to any subsequent orders that you may place.

Print orders will be dispatched within 24 days of the appointment.

Any order placed in your viewing session cannot be amended or canceled.

We do not share customer details with any 3rd parties unless we are required by law to do so. .

By booking a session with us, you are subject to these full Terms and Conditions.

Packages at the Studio

Images start from £50 EACH and decrease the more you purchase. Packages are only available on the day and can be tailored to suit your budget and needs.

All copyrighted images are sold on the day of the shoot only. Other goods such as websites and prints can be purchased at a later date. Please ensure you are happy with the quality before ordering. All purchased images are given on the day of the shoot on a USB DRIVE or via email transfer if a full payment has been made, websites are sent electronically via email within 6 weeks of placing the order. Please be prepared to buy on the day to avoid any disappointment.

Once a client has left the premises having placed an order with the copyrighted images, the studio is unable to cancel the order.

All retouching is free of charge and as such is done at the studio’s discretion.
